What is the shelf life? How long will the popcorn last?

For best quality, we recommend that our product is consumed within 2 months of production.

‎We make our popcorn fresh to order so you can enjoy our product for as long as possible!

How do I store the popcorn?

We strongly recommend keeping your popcorn in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ideally below 85°F, or 29°C.

Are the popcorn gluten-free?

Our popcorn does not contain any ingredients with gluten. However, please note that it is made in a facility that processes wheat and wheat-based products. We take extra precaution to prevent cross-contamination, but there is always a slight possibility of traces of gluten. If you have severe gluten sensitivities, please take this into consideration before enjoying our popcorn.

Are the popcorn vegetarian or vegan?

Some of our popcorn contain animal product (milk and eggs). Please refer to the listed ingredient on each flavor's product page for the most accurate information.

Where can I buy your product?

Online: Due to restrictions in the California Cottage Food Class B laws, we can only ship our product within the State of California. We're working on expanding to a commercial kitchen, so we're able to ship our products to wherever you are! Join our mailing list for the latest news on when Oripop will be available in your area.

In Person: We currently sell at a few local farmers markets and popup events. Please refer to our Events page for more information.

When will my orders ship?

We make our popcorn after you order to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Processing time may take up to 7 days (higher during holidays) before we are able to ship out your order.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We offer returns and refunds within 14 days of when your shipment is delivered. Simply reach out via our "Contact Us" page or email at contact@oripopcompany.com, and a member of our team will reach out to you to discuss the best solution.
